Phil is an experienced transaction advisor and business lawyer. Since graduating from the University of Toronto Law School (JD) in 1980 Phil has counselled hundreds of business owners and partnerships, and guided the purchase, sale and financing of hundreds of businesses, commercial properties, and hotels. In the hospitality space, he has acted for a notable list of Canadian private and family-owned hotel companies including some of its most active portfolio owners and managers.
