                                                    Jason Arbuck is the Co-Chair of the Hospitality Group at Cassels. Jason’s practice is devoted to hotel acquisition and financing transactions, and hotel management arrangements. He has acted on some of Canada’s largest hospitality transactions. Chambers Canada recognizes Jason as a leading hospitality lawyer and the Cassels team as a top firm in hospitality law. 
Jason has appeared on BNN’s SqueezePlay, speaks regularly at hospitality industry events, and has guest lectured at the Schulich School of Business.
Jason sits on the board of directors and the executive of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, Secured Finance Network Canada or SFNet (formerly the Commercial Finance Association), the board of directors of the JD/MBA Alumni Association for Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, the board of directors of Integrated Services for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (ISAND) and the board of directors of the Osgoode Hall Alumni Association. He is also an active member of the Toronto Opinions Group (TOROG) and the Personal Property Security Legislation subcommittee of the Ontario Bar Association (PPSL).
