Chantal Nappert joined Pomeroy Lodging as Chief Financial Officer in September 2023. As CFO, she leads the company’s financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and IT functions as well as providing strategic guidance to support Pomeroy’s continued growth.
Chantal has over 20 years of hospitality real estate experience including executive level leadership in financial strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, capital markets and investor relations.
She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of FullG Capital Ltd, a private equity-sponsored commercial real estate investment platform. Prior to FullG, Chantal was Vice President Finance of InnVest Hotels, Canada’s largest owner and operator of hotels. She held progressive leadership roles with predecessor companies including InnVest REIT, Westmont Hospitality Group, Legacy Hotels REIT and Fairmont Hotels. Chantal’s experience is well diversified between luxury full service and limited and select service suburban hotels, in addition to portfolio transactions.
Chantal previously served on the board of Choice Hotels Canada and Toronto Standard Condo Corporation 2267 (St. Regis Toronto).
Chantal holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
