Derek is a Managing Director in TD Securities' Real Estate Investment Banking group based in Toronto. Derek has over 27 years of real estate experience advising numerous public market transactions, including initial public offering, follow-on offering, secured and unsecured debt placements, and a variety of M&A. Advised on numerous successful M&A transactions and has served as lead advisor on a variety of Canadian IPO's. Derek was previously an executive VP at JLL, Derek was President of Agellan Commercial REIT. Derek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
