I am a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience building entrepreneurial fast-growing private companies and concurrently establishing a formalized private family enterprise. I have extensive lending connections and have originated financings on ~$1B of assets, largely in the real estate sector across Canada. I lead the analysis and structuring for new investments as we continue to expand in diverse portfolios beyond our original real estate scope.

In my executive role of growing our award-winning groups of companies, I have been a leader in creating strategic planning, governance protocols and execution of risk mitigation strategies. I lead compliance and financial management for our companies. I’ve also been actively involved in executive hiring including compensation creation and ongoing development of fast-moving specialized executive teams.
