The documents were signed a few years ago, and then filed away. Now, we must understand how stakeholders are dealing with operating covenants when assets are not operating as hotels and/or are in violation of franchise agreements.  How do we find the balance between ensuring ongoing and long-term strategic capital renovations are being addressed against using those reserves to sustain cash flow? How will investors and lenders deal with government guarantee loan programs, managing both their complexity and various covenants.
